- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nicole the office manager is very unprofessional, rude and discourteous. Will never go back because of her nasty attitude. It also seems the doctor does not care how she treated patients, because after I asked her to let him know my decision of not going back. He replied he does not discuss billing question (how this started), either she did not tell him the truth or he just did not care thinking I don't have the means to pay for his services. My complaint was not about the bill was about her unpolished attitude.I would've been fired if I lost a patient because of my attitude.
